July 25, 2012 –Lafayette, LA – The Louisiana Golf Association has re-opened registration for the Four-Ball Championship at the University Club of Baton Rouge.  Due to poor weather conditions this past weekend, the event has been re-scheduled for the weekend of August 18^th and 19^th.  LGA members that missed the previous deadline now have until Tuesday, August 7th at 5:00 PM to register.

Teams may enter online or click here to download an entry form.  The University Club course has hosted a number of LGA Championships since its opening in 1997, including last year’s Senior Amateur Championship, conducted not long after the club’s re-opening after a year-long renovation.  The course’s renovation drew rave reviews from the state’s best Senior players last year and is expected to be in wonderful shape for the 29th installment of the LGA 4-Ball Championship.
